Return and Replacement Policies

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days. We will begin the return process promptly with instructions for returning your merchandise and coordinating your replacement product.
  • We are so sure you will be satisfied with Count on It we give you 10 days to inspect and decide if you like it. You may return the item for a credit(less any Shipping/Handling). The merchandise MUST be complete, and in new re-sell-able condition.
  • We do quality test each counter, unfortunately with the high demand there may be a mistake. With defective merchandise we ask you to please notify us with-in 5 days of purchase to begin the replacement process.
  • Please fill out the form below to begin the return or replacement process.
  • Credits or Replacements will be issued for returns received within 30 days from the original date of delivery. Credits will be issued back to your original payment method.
